1. Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and place bets on 999www.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. A National ID (NID) is required for age verification.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Individuals with mental incapacity or legal incompetence are not permitted to open an account.
• If your 999www account was previously closed for any reason, you may not create a new account.
• 999www employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to use betting accounts.

2. Account Rules

Each user's responsibilities and account-related rules are outlined below.

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same NID, mobile number, or device is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts opened with false information may be closed at any time.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If your account contact details change, please notify support immediately.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for more than 12 months) may be subject to our inactivity policy.

3. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 999www at all times.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — this applies especially to in-play betting.
• Bets are accepted after odds are published and before the market closes. Any bet placed after market closure will be considered void.
• If clearly incorrect odds are published — such as abnormal odds caused by data feed errors or technical issues — 999www reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned or the required number of overs is not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with 999www's policy.
• If match-fixing or any other illegal activity is suspected, 999www reserves the right to suspend or void any bet.

4. Payments & Transactions

The following 999www policies apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — to the same mobile number.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 6 hours.
• For large withdrawals, 999www may request identity verification or additional documentation.
• If money laundering is suspected, 999www reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities and suspend the account.
• For incorrect transactions, please contact support within 48 hours. Providing the Transaction ID will help resolve the issue faster.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

By accepting any bonus or promotional offer from 999www, the following terms apply.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is clearly stated in the offer details.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Once wagering requirements are met, it converts to real balance and becomes withdrawable.
• If the same person uses multiple accounts or identities to claim bonuses, all bonuses will be cancelled and the accounts will be closed.
• Bonuses are for betting use only. Some bonuses may be restricted to specific sports or markets.
• 999www reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The referral bonus is awarded only after the referred person completes their first deposit and meets the required betting amount.

6. Responsible Gaming

999www believes betting should be fun. With that in mind, we have put the following safeguards in place.

• Each account can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• A cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days is available. You will not be able to log in to your account during this time.
• Activating Self-Exclusion closes your account for a minimum of 6 months. This action cannot be undone.
• 999www will not allow a self-excluded individual to reopen an account and will remove them from all marketing communications.
• If anyone experiences a gambling problem, 999www will help connect them with relevant support organizations.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999www and may result in account termination.

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple platforms for arbitrage betting or guaranteed profit.
• Using multiple accounts or false identities to claim bonuses.
• Exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack another user's account or gain unauthorized access to 999www's systems.
• Using 999www for money laundering or any other form of financial fraud.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

999www's policy on account suspension and closure.

• You can close your 999www account at any time by submitting a request to our support team.
• Before closing your account, all existing bets must be settled first.
• When closing your account, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any real balance. Bonus balance will be forfeited.
• If 999www closes an account due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited and the individual may be banned from creating a new account in the future.
• Even after an account is closed, transaction records are retained for a specified period in accordance with legal requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

999www will not accept liability for any of the following.

• Bets not confirmed due to internet disconnection or mobile network issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unauthorized access resulting from sharing your login credentials.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

999www reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The notification policy for any such changes is outlined below.

• For significant changes, users will be notified via registered email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Minor updates (such as spelling corrections or clarifications) may be made without prior notice.
